- Change products[].billing_unit enum: milliseconds -> minutes
- Add speech_to_text_minutes_count and speech_to_text_minutes_limit fields
- Deprecate speech_to_text_milliseconds_count and speech_to_text_milliseconds_limit (always 0)
- Update pro example response to reflect current API behavior

Adds the speechToSpeech product and speech_to_speech_minutes_count / speech_to_speech_minutes_limit fields to the /v2/usage response, mirroring the speech-to-text handling. Stacked on the STT/minutes cleanup in #381.
