[DSEC-148] Remove outdated SDS RDS scanning claims from translated docs

Removes leftover Amazon RDS scanning claims from translated Sensitive Data Scanner and Agentless Scanning docs (es, fr, ja, ko). English docs were already updated to S3-only cloud storage scanning; translations still mentioned RDS support, private beta, or preview callouts.

Summary

• Drop RDS from SDS / Agentless Scanning compatibility and deployment guidance in es, fr, ja, and ko
• Remove Preview callouts that advertised S3 + RDS scanning on SDS pages
• Align Japanese Agentless Scanning Cloud Storage section with English (S3 only)

Yes, this link redirect to Datadog preview form. This form does not exist anymore as the product has been "GA".

Thanks for catching this, and sorry for the detour. The issue is real: these pages describe RDS support and show a Preview callout that no longer matches the English source.

The catch is that files under content/es, content/fr, content/ja, and content/ko aren't the managed source. They are produced by our translation service and overwritten on each sync, so edits made here get reverted. See the note in CONTRIBUTING.md for details.

I have filed LCLZTN-490 with the localization team to correct these strings at the source, using this PR's diff to identify the affected files and outdated text. The English pages are already accurate, so no change is needed there.

Adding the Do Not Merge label to take this out of the docs review queue. Leaving the PR open for now as a reference for LCLZTN-490. Thanks again for flagging it.
