Thanks for picking this up, Olivia -- the site-region split, portal URLs, file type list, and filter guidance all look accurate. Left a few inline comments, mostly around making the GovCloud section more self-sufficient for customers who are new to the portal.
The biggest item is the description frontmatter still referencing "the Zendesk portal" -- since this PR resolves DOCS-12916 (which was specifically about removing incorrect Zendesk references for US1-FED), that should be updated before merge.
The rest are heading hierarchy (h4 → h3), a missing Further Reading partial in the gov block, and two places where explicitly stating the .ddgov.support username suffix would prevent the most common portal support tickets we see.

Its not letting me correct the right line, but change "mouse over" to "hover over", and change Support to Support

Remove this as it shouldn't go in the us,us3,us5,eu,ap1 block

What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
This PR adds information about managing GovCloud support cases because the process is different from other Datadog sites. I also renamed the the page/file for accuracy.
Resolves https://datadoghq.atlassian.net/browse/DOCS-12916.
