Description
It looks like we might get a PHP 8.0.0 RC5 release next week. (Thanks again @carusogabriel!) Ahead of the release, this PR updates the Alpine, Buster, and CentOS 6 containers with a custom build that includes php/php-src#6377, php/php-src#6421, and a Dmitry JIT fix to the observer API.
This will unblock #1089 to allow continued development of the observer API refactor.
