0. configure and make packetdrill 

1. To run the packetdrill tests on one computer simple run ./approximate_tests.sh (need sudo permissions and for packetdrill to be in the same directory unmodified. It it can't find the path change the pathname in ./approximate_tests.sh

2. To run the packetdrill tests using another computer, packetdrill and the approximate option must be set on that computer as well. On the receiving computer packetdrill --wire_server must be running

3. To run the non-packetdrill test run simple run other_approximate.sh on the server computer and on the receiving computer, but include the ip_address of the server as the argument on the receiving argument
