I'm a product consultant, founder and software builder based in Melbourne, Australia.
I help founders and mission-led teams turn hard product, operational and community problems into useful software, traction and a clearer route to market. My work sits between strategy, customers and implementation—close enough to delivery that the advice has to survive contact with reality.
- Communiti Labs — as CEO and co-founder, I'm building responsible AI and engagement tools that help practitioners turn community contributions into traceable evidence, insight and better decisions.
- Product and software consulting — focused diagnostics, validation and build sprints, and ongoing advisory across product, traction, go-to-market and technical delivery.
- Helping Group — the digital-first charity I founded after Australia's Black Summer bushfires, creating practical services that help communities respond, connect and recover.
- WP Flame — a self-hosted performance flight recorder for WordPress, currently being developed with design partners.
- AutoFarm — an unreleased Rust and Bevy farming game about learning work by hand, then earning the freedom to automate it.
| Outcome | Work behind it |
|---|---|
| 2.5M+ community contributions analysed | Communiti Labs |
| $10M+ in new business supported by a bespoke CRM | Consulting and systems delivery |
| 1,500+ searchable cattle records | Murray Grey Association Australia |
| 5,000+ emergency beds registered in Helping Homes' first week | Helping Group |
Direct, evidence-led and close to delivery. I care about responsible technology, honest product claims and finding the smallest useful move that creates real progress.
Most of my work is built with PHP, TypeScript, Python and Go. Lately, Rust has been teaching me how much fun it is to be a beginner again.
