LGTM.

Also the r_imageMaxDimension not having been caped by default was bad. So this is actually an improvement.

What will the poor rpi users do when their game defaults to a preset with ~1 fps?

What will the poor rpi users do when their game defaults to a preset with ~1 fps?

If you get 1fps with this preset on some hardware, then the previous preset already produced 1fps, and maybe you need low or lowest preset on that hardware.

This changes nothing for low-end hardware.

Actually the texture size caping may improve fps on some hardware with the new default configuration.
