Adds scrypt (RFC7914) to the Cryptography Registry (schema/cryptography-defs.json).

Rationale:

  • RFC7914 specifies scrypt and it is commonly used for password hashing.
  • This classifies scrypt under primitive: "hash" to remain consistent with the existing registry taxonomy (e.g., bcrypt).
