activity and transfer improvements

-Added a link on each activity item so users can quickly check the transaction on the block explorer without having to manually look it up, removed the transaction link provided only for latest transaction. The link opens in a new tab and points to devnet or mainnet depending on the environment.
-Added a guard to prevent users from sending funds to their own wallet
-Added a small info tooltip on the transfer form (only on staging)to let users know upfront that the recipient needs a devnet wallet — this avoids confusion when a transfer fails because the recipient address doesn't exist on devnet, also on transfers reset the form after submission
