Initial Release #1

This contains the first release of the BlackJack app for setting up on the Streamlit platform.

The files and directories are a bit convoluted because I was starting a Logic Gage Agent to learn some basics about Git, and collaborating with other users. I was also trying to implement a training loop with GRPO. This had multiple iterations and eventually made a full fledged and working app.
