Replace 11-tag list with 5 stem-distinct tags. Drops admin/administration (stem-collide) and unavailable (no real search intent). Picks up landing-page, splash-page, under-construction as differentiators. The hybrid set matches both leader patterns in the maintenance category — keeps maintenance-mode + coming-soon (universal) and adds page-builder-adjacent anchors (landing-page, splash-page, under-construction) without compromising brand.
