Use the Google Group to Communicate

On the google Group introduce yourself.

• Name
• Expertise
• Something you want to get from the forum or something you want to get done in Asheville

Social Media

• Like us on Facebook. Our username is Code for Asheville.
• Tweet to #code4avl and #codeforamerica and #cfabrigade if you twitter.

When you come to a meeting

• Come with a laptop
• We’ll have snacks
• Be prepared to do something Awesome!

Github

• Create an account at Github
• Our repo is @ https://github.com/codeforasheville
• Git has great documentation at: https://help.github.com/
• You should probably get a Github client for your OS (unless you’re cool and run Linux or Mac OS X ;)
• Be prepared to do at least one commit.
• Create a "Member Profile" page on the CfA website for their first commit!
