Retargets the EasyCaching sample and its test project to net10.0 and refreshes the test-harness and Swashbuckle packages. EasyCaching.Core/InMemory/SQLite remain at 1.9.2, which is still the latest stable on NuGet (only 1.9.4-alpha prereleases are newer). Build and tests pass on net10.0.
