Add Xquik social research agent template

Summary

• add an installable Ranch template for public X research through Xquik MCP
• keep every account write behind exact payload and account approval

Target Improvements

• declare the MCP transport, network host, API-key secret reference, runtime requirements, and no-admin permission surface in agent.yaml
• add a complete persona that preserves query scope, stable source identifiers, pagination boundaries, and fact-versus-interpretation labels
• add 2 Paddock scenarios that verify research provenance and block writes before explicit approval

Validation

• validated agent.yaml against template.schema.json with JSON Schema Draft 7 and URI format checks
• parsed all new YAML and JSON files
• confirmed the declared agent and paddock paths plus the 2-scenario count
• live Ranch and Xquik documentation links returned 200; the unauthenticated MCP endpoint returned the expected 401
• git diff --check
