I don't see any API provided by sencha to fetch packages and themes as of now. |

Made this changes as a part of https://sencha.jira.com/browse/SV-461.
When we migrate an application generated using sencha CMD which have packages like froala, charts, amf ect. these packages are not being added to package.json as dependencies. So adding changes to fix this issue.
