Design files for V2 HDI mockup[ZIP file attached]
The attached zip file should contain the manufacturing information for the V2 HDI mockup, which includes the gerber files. The top layer looks something like this:
and when placed correctly, the bond pads on the glass piece will match up with the bond pads on the HDI. That is, the far left bond wire is short, the next one is long, the next one is short, etc... The length of the bond pads has not been optimized but the nominal length I assumed corresponds to the case where the far edge of the HDI (opposite the bond pads) lines up with the far edge of the glass piece.
