This PR temporarily disables Renovate by deleting the repository’s Renovate configuration, to prevent Renovate from repeatedly force-pushing until the upstream Renovate issue is resolved.
Changes:
- Remove
.github/renovate.jsonto effectively disable Renovate-managed updates. - Keep the rollback path simple by making this change revert-friendly (as noted in the PR description).

Removing Renovate until renovatebot/renovate#42254 is merged as otherwise it'll keep force pushing itself. Hopefully not long...
When this is fixed to re-enable should just be a simple revert commit for this PR.
