Removes
rabbitmq-serverdependency ondockerusing different role (galaxyproject.rabbitmqinsteadusegalaxy_eu.rabbitmq-server) and unites usage ofcertbotcertificates (all three:nginx,rabbitmq-server,proftpdare using paths/etc/ssl/certs/and/etc/ssl/user/now).
