Upgrades webpack-dev-server from 4.15.2 to 5.2.6 in
plugins/range-input(package.jsonand lockfile only). Thestartscript still runswebpack-dev-server; no plugin source or webpack config changes are in the diff.The lockfile refresh pulls in a webpack-dev-server v5 stack (e.g. webpack-dev-middleware 7.x, Express 4.22.x, selfsigned 5 with pkijs instead of node-forge). webpack-dev-server now requires Node ≥ 18.12.0.
The v5 line includes dev-server security hardening (CSRF protection on invalidate/open-editor routes, Cross-Origin-Resource-Policy, stricter host/origin handling) per upstream release notes.
