Wrong Next major for Next 14 package

This bumps next from 14 to 15 in @snippet/gen1-next14-pages, a package meant to cover Next.js 14. Sibling Next 14 packages stay on 14.2.25, while Next 15 packages here use Next 15 with React 19. Leaving react at 18.2.0 and eslint-config-next at 14.0.3 makes the upgrade incomplete and drops real Next 14 snippet coverage.
