Android 3.1.2 Release
This release will fix the OOM error that causes the Android app to crash.
- fixed okhttp client not properly shutting down dispatcher and connection pool, causing memory to leak.
- Unregistered broadcast receivers
- Cleaned up Android camera and video drivers
- Added foreground service support to allow camera and other sensors to continue operating when the app is in the background
- Changed polling of gps location from 10Hz to 1Hz to reduce battery consumption and overheating of device
Android Release
This version of osh-android updates the submodules to the latest version of osh-addons, and osh-core.

- Updated FOI registration for Android sensors
- Migrated to using the Connected Systems Client in osh-core
- Updated UID prefixes across sensor drivers
- Cleaned up unused submodules
- Added OkHttpClientWrapper

This version of the osh-android application for the RDK includes the following updates from it's previous versions:
- upgraded from java 11 to java 17
