Android 3.1.2 Release

This release will fix the OOM error that causes the Android app to crash.

• fixed okhttp client not properly shutting down dispatcher and connection pool, causing memory to leak.
• Unregistered broadcast receivers
• Cleaned up Android camera and video drivers
• Added foreground service support to allow camera and other sensors to continue operating when the app is in the background
• Changed polling of gps location from 10Hz to 1Hz to reduce battery consumption and overheating of device

This version of osh-android updates the submodules to the latest version of osh-addons, and osh-core.

• Updated FOI registration for Android sensors
• Migrated to using the Connected Systems Client in osh-core
• Updated UID prefixes across sensor drivers
• Cleaned up unused submodules
• Added OkHttpClientWrapper

RDK_Android_v1.1.0

This version of the osh-android application for the RDK includes the following updates from it's previous versions:

• upgraded from java 11 to java 17
