This commit adds the four different files related to each one of the endpoints of the API to query each of them and give a response to the user once they fill the form
This commit modifies some methods of the API to ensure the correct functioning and error handling scenarios
This commit introduces the HTML and CSS files related to each one of the endpoints of the API, to correctly display a frontend to the user.

This pull request is meant to introduce the HTML, CSS and JS files for the use of the php API-REST, the idea is to have a complete front end view for each of the methods present in the API. It also fixes minor error handling methods present in some of the endpoints.
