Add @bitgo/realfi-partner-sdk@2.14.0 under modules/realfi-partner-sdk (Babylon-style) so WP can consume via @bitgo-beta without third-party GitHub Packages. Ships prebuilt dist; private until npm package create; engines relaxed, ignore-engines for Node 20 CI, and deps trimmed for depcheck. TICKET: SI-1292 Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

Stop committing upstream prebuilt dist (~80k LoC). Emit CJS/ESM + types via tsc at build/publish time, matching the Babylon fork pattern. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com> TICKET: SI-1292
