This triggers "adb shell cmd package bg-dexopt-job", which is available since Oreo and does the same thing as the nightly job which performs profile-guided AOT compilation of apps. After freshly installing Xposed, this can be helpful to regain performance immediately. See also: https://source.android.com/devices/tech/dalvik/configure (cherry picked from commit e5a2852)

Missing argument
A fix to accommodate the changes made by @rovo89 whereas he had enforced HTTPS on the server, but the HttpURLConnection class used by the Xposed Installer has issues with following redirects from HTTP to HTTPS.
