I'm not sure what you want to fix. But those packages do not exist, do they? One is bioconductor?

@bgruening The issue with that PR in IUC is that the container is not generated (although it worked last week somehow and the PR passed)

I thought adding it manually here will fix the issue.

and I can create a conda env with the same versions.

Well the error here is:

jq is a missing dependency
