Combined feature updates

This pull request introduces important improvements to project documentation, community guidelines, licensing, and user interface content for the DOME Registry. The most significant updates include the addition of a comprehensive Code of Conduct, clear contribution guidelines, a formal license file, a citation file, and enhancements to the website’s integrations, submission, and navigation sections.

Documentation and Policy Additions:

• Added a detailed CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md outlining expected community behavior, reporting procedures, and consequences for violations, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment.
• Introduced CONTRIBUTING.md to provide step-by-step guidelines for contributing, issue reporting, review process, and licensing expectations.
• Added a LICENSE.md file specifying that all content is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0).
• Created a CITATION.cff file with citation metadata and preferred citation for the DOME Registry, supporting proper academic referencing.

User Interface and Content Enhancements:

• Expanded the Integrations & Standards page to include detailed descriptions and benefits for Zenodo, EBI Search, and Europe PMC integrations, as well as clarifying the Matomo analytics benefit. [1] [2]
• Improved the submission page by adding a section recommending BioAIrepo for dataset/model deposition and updated the training page link to point to the external DOME Training Course. [1] [2]
• Updated the navigation bar to include a link to “News & Events” for easier access to updates.
• Minor visual adjustment to submission page headings for better readability.
• Adds Alvaro & Ignacio to teams page for DOME Copilot.
