Pull request overview
This PR updates dependency constraints to target newer PHPUnit and Symfony versions for the bundle’s test/development setup.
Changes:
- Allows PHPUnit 13 via the
phpunit/phpunitdev requirement. - Updates Symfony 7 constraints from
^7.0to^7.4across runtime and dev dependencies. - Drops PHPUnit 10 support from dev requirements.
