Merge Risk: Low

This minor version upgrade includes several security fixes, notably for decompression bomb vulnerabilities. A breaking change was introduced in v2.6.0 by removing HTTPResponse.getheaders() and getheader(), but these methods were restored in v2.6.1, so there is no breaking change in the final version. A minor API change for custom decompressors was introduced, but this will not affect most users.
