The plugin is unfinished, i have no current plants to work on it!

Information:

Allows players to put bones into the helmet slot without requireing OP permissions
It also allows you to force them to use a bone from their inventory instead of spawning a new item

OP Players are also able to give and put a bone into other players helmet slots
