The "Verify Chronus Change Descriptions" CI job was failing because a docstring edit to
sdk/core/azure-core/azure/core/configuration.pywas made without a corresponding.chronus/changes/*.mdentry, whichchronus verifyrequires for any PR touchingsdk/*/*/**.Changes
.chronus/changes/azure-core-2026-06-18.md— adds aninternalchange description forsdk/core/azure-core, satisfying the chronus verify check without triggering a version bump
