Approving. No breaking changes at this head (no removed/renamed public API). New public API is additive (SandboxGroup family, ManagedServiceIdentity, SubnetReference, UserAssignedIdentity); api-version updated to 2026-07-01. CHANGELOG lists only the api-version update under Other Changes - the additive surface is not itemized in Features Added, but accepted.
