Corrected the invalid aka.ms/deploytoazuregovbutton alias to aka.ms/deploytoazuregovernbutton in the data connectors and playbook readmes, and repackaged the solution at v3.2.2.
Repackaged the solution and bumped the version from 3.0.9 to 3.0.10 per reviewer request; updated ReleaseNotes accordingly.
