Update it.json and remove unused strings

Hi, I've updated it.json and found that it had a lot of unused strings. (I should have removed all the unused strings. I might have removed strings that were being used, and I left some others, so it needs to be checked) This problem is present in all translations. Here I have only done the Italian one. For the other languages, you need to remove this terms:
