Rename DeviceHub hero image and correct Simulator caption#1043

Rename the hero to xcode-devicehub-simulator-side-window.png and update the alt text and caption to reflect that it shows the DeviceHub Simulator (iPhone 17) with RocketSim's Side Window, not a physical device.
Match Apple's official two-word "Device Hub" naming in all prose and metadata (title, description, alt, caption, body). URL slug and image filename keep the one-word form to avoid breaking links.
Swap the hero image for the newer screenshot showing the Device Hub Simulator (iPhone 17) alongside RocketSim's fuller Side Window.
