Added SonarLint as stretch
Changed the resourcegroup location to West Europe because that's closer to where the course is being held. Maybe its an idea to add in a prerequisite for setting up a git provider (GitHub / VSTS / etc.) considering you need it for lab 1
If your azure subscription is on the Avanade AD the creation of the devops project will fail due to insufficient permissions. This is fixed by having your own AD and moving the subscription there.
