Added per-page descriptions, summary, and faqs. Made other adjustments for style, structure etc, including the casing of titles. Split the second section (configuration + starting the runtime stack) into two sections. Removed the standalone summary section and moved the content into existing pages. Marked the section and the learning objective for migration to a CPU-only system as optional.
