Applying this patch, I get an error (on Rocky Linux 9.6):
error: po/Makefile.in.in was not created by intltoolize.

I am building librda using autoreconf -fi to get configure script.

I've found info that autoreconf and intltoolize are not compatible / could not be ran together.

it seems just removing the line AM_GLIB_GNU_GETTEXT (without adding another 2 lines) should be enough with intltoolize >= 0.50. I can actually build librda this way (I get /usr/share/locale/ files which seem to be exactly the same as without removing the line AM_GLIB_GNU_GETTEXT). I have gettext-0.21 (gettext-libs-0.21-8.el9.x86_64, gettext-0.21-8.el9.x86_64, gettext-common-devel-0.21-8.el9.noarch and gettext-devel-0.21-8.el9.x86_64 packages) installed on my build system, if it matters.
