This looks like the same Zebra movie as this : https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/9l3vocyrhdjao8ecqwdph/zebra_allen_screen_tscale_30_scale_10.mp4?rlkey=p0psg0lxagdrfnqdlumlrqpc9&dl=0 To me |

So after investigation, here is what I found on this experiment : When Zebra starts, I noted from Bonsai logs that the FIRST frame of Zebra movie is only 15ms long. Our stim table correctly assigns those reported times from Bonsai: the first frame and second frames are 15ms apart and subsequent frames are 33ms apart. This one frame long transition could be due to the end of the previous movie (Trippy) and the transition that occurs in between. I am curious if this initial condition could impact your analysis somehow? |

I am following up to check all aspects of the movie presentation from our end.
So Bonsai is pulling the mp4 movie at this commit : https://github.com/AllenNeuralDynamics/openscope-community-predictive-processing/tree/4d0767e3da7d2c03c2d0ab805a4a8e7248c77323/code/stimulus-control/src/Mindscope/movies
It reads zebra_allen_screen_tscale_30_scale_10.mp4
I think this is what you are expecting right?
I am going to review the temporal alignement code another time.
