Mark persisted running tool parts as interrupted after unexpected server exits so session history no longer shows stale in-progress tools. Add startup, session-read, and session-loop recovery coverage with regression tests for idle and busy sessions. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
