This PR addresses the issue of duplicate AI client initialization across the codebase.

Changes:

  • lib/ai.ts: Exported genAI and groq constants.
  • lib/chat.ts: Removed local initialization of genAI and groq and updated imports to use the shared instances from lib/ai.ts.
  • app/api/tutor/live/route.ts: Removed local initialization of genAI and updated imports to use the shared instance from @/lib/ai.

Rationale:

Initializing AI clients once in a shared module promotes better resource management and ensures consistent configuration across the application.

Verification:

  • Code review received a #Correct# rating.
  • Manual inspection of refactored files confirmed logical equivalence.
  • Existing test failures in lib/ratelimit.test.ts were confirmed to be pre-existing and unrelated to these changes.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 9758128167745933801 started by @APPLEPIE6969

Centralized the initialization of GoogleGenerativeAI and Groq clients in `lib/ai.ts` and exported them for reuse.
Refactored `lib/chat.ts` and `app/api/tutor/live/route.ts` to use these shared instances, improving maintainability and reducing redundant object creation.
