🎨 Palette: Fix theme switching FOUC and standardize background colors

Added a script to app/layout.tsx to prevent Flash of Unstyled Content (FOUC) during theme initialization.
Updated app/dashboard/page.tsx, app/resources/page.tsx, and app/study/explanation/page.tsx to use bg-background-light and dark:bg-background-dark utility classes for consistent theming (Light Mode 'purple standard' and Dark Mode #000000).
This ensures the theme switching works smoothly and adheres to the design system.
