Add methods to get range and midpoint of segments and connections. Sort segment names more naturally.
Handle segments with zero range
Use radians for rotations internally. Use common utility for rotating about a centre point and axis.
Sort links into node identifier order
Use second segment annotation for these mixed links
Add remove selected links function
Fix remove links
This stops removed links from being refound
Prioritise end point annotations that are connectable
