Description
Adds a "placeholder" issue that describes how 5 Calls works and provides a safe place to click around, as a way for new users to get used to the flow and the app. This is shown until the user does 2 calls or goes through the flow and taps a fake result. It can be re-shown by going into settings and tapping the new setting option.
The placeholder call has the same overall UI and flow as a normal issue but tapping the fake phone number brings up a dialog rather than the dialer app.
