What this PR does

Adds a cancel button to the guest-mode banner
Allows users to dismiss the banner for the current session
Uses localStorage to persist banner dismissal state

How it works

A key is stored in localStorage when the cancel button is clicked
If the key value is false, the banner is hidden
If the key value is true, the banner is shown

Why

Improves user experience by giving guest users control over banner visibility without affecting future sessions.
