Describe the bug
When running the script with the UI through Admin Powershell, the script executes until it gets to the step "Opening Photos App once to apply changes" and then hangs indefinitely. It does in fact open the photos app, but it stops there. I've tried it with leaving the Photos App open for 10 minutes, then closing it, or closing it directly after the app opens. Both produce the same result, the script is hanged at that step.
To Reproduce
Run the powershell app
"& ([scriptblock]::Create((irm "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/zoicware/RemoveWindowsAI/main/RemoveWindowsAi.ps1")))" and click "Apply"
