Speedlify:eleventy-starters is no longer updating

The starters listed at https://eleventy-starters--speedlify.netlify.app/eleventy-starters/ are no longer getting regular speed checks (it looks to have been at about two weeks or more since the last update).

Hoping this the correct place to file this, it was recommended I move this issue to here.

Does this supersedes #67 by @jornmineur ?

The board referenced in #67 has been updated much more recently. I feel like that issue can probably be closed.

I think it's probably a similar underlying issue, impacting all checks.
