[Bug] Blurry and low-quality window previews in Activities Overview with Rounded Window Corners Reborn enabled

When enabling Rounded Window Corners Reborn on GNOME 48 (tested on Fedora, Wayland), all window thumbnails shown in the Activities Overview (Super key) appear low-resolution and blurry.
Without the extension, window previews are sharp and high quality. With the extension enabled, previews appear to have reduced resolution and visible colored border artifacts (see screenshots).
This severely affects usability and visual quality of the Overview.
