Sticky header is not full width on PR pages when scrolling down

The PR status badge should line up with the original header when scrolling down.

I forgot about this, so it didn't get fixed in 1.7.1... I'll have to figure out a different CSS selector, the header looks a little bit trickier than the other page content.
