Add email scope in OAuth 2.0

OAuth 2.0 does not provide email information, so you must use OAuth 1.0 a when implementing "Log in using Twitter."

This is something I've seen many times on Twitter Community asking for.
This is a major barrier to adopting OAuth 2.0.
