Grid is off center.

Describe the bug
The widgets, in the WidgetPane grid, are not aligned to the center.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open File > Preferences
2. Go to Tabs > SmartDashboard (or the current tab you're in)
3. Set horizontal and vertical spacing to any value that is the non-default (most obvious are 0, 8, 32)

Expected behavior
The tile should be centered to the grid.
